Dear Berliners,
Our live performance RED - ROT is looking for a space.
Adaptable for a variety of INDOOR spaces; small gallery, studio, empty room, hall... You name it!
Ideal space:
●Minimum performance area: 4 m x 4 m
● Minimum ceiling height: 3,5 m
● Floor: suitable for barefoot movement (not required to be sprung)
● Ability to darken the space for lighting design
Description: RED - ROT is a 40-minute physical live performance exploring dissociation, by performing artist Ilana Palmgren, sound artist Joni Salmela, and visual and lighting designer Jaakko Sirainen.
Built from fragments of movement, voice, sound, and text, RED - ROT unfolds through burning, rotting, and transforming, creating a layered, sensorial experience.
Instead of disappearing, RED - ROT breaks dissociation apart: into physical states, into rhythm, into voice - and most importantly, it goes through.
