We have been selected to participate in the 48 Stunden Neukölln festival and we are looking for a space to perform our work titled “線/SEN – Lines as Names.”
We are hoping to perform in a place that is open to everyone and where people can gather in their daily lives, such as a community space, café, gallery, or similar environment.
Our work combines elements of Japanese calligraphy, movement, and theatre. As Japanese artists living abroad, we explore our cultural roots through the concept of SEN, which means lines and boundaries.
Our performance includes elements of chance and experimentation, and we would like to develop the work in response to the specific space. We are open to a variety of ideas and possibilities in the space.
