Church of the Nativity: Printmaking and Painting Installation

Hello!

My name is Shay Rutkowski, and my project "Church of the Nativity" is an official festival entry. My work consists of a painting and screenprint on fabric, alongside a text interview, about a demolished church in my home neighborhood. My work explores the space that is now a vacant lot, and the underlying tone of how gentrification looks and feels for a neighborhood.
